Exclusive Modification Conditions (Direct Booking): By formalizing your reservation with a Non-Refundable Rate through our official website, you benefit from our Flexible Change Guarantee. This advantage allows you to modify your stay under the following conditions:

- A single free change: Only one (1) date modification per booking is authorized without additional management fees. The new stay dates must be communicated at the time of requesting the change.

- Notification period: The request must be made at least 10 days prior to the original check-in date. After this period, no changes will be accepted, and the restrictive conditions of the original rate will apply.

- Final nature of the modification: Once the date change has been made, the new reservation will not allow further modifications nor be entitled to any refund, regardless of how far in advance it is requested.

- Availability and stay: Any change is subject to hotel availability. The same room category and meal plan initially contracted will be maintained.

- Rate adjustment: If the price of the new dates is higher, the client will pay the difference at the time of modification. If the price is lower, no refunds or credits will be issued, and the total amount of the original reservation will be maintained.

- Web exclusivity: This benefit is an exclusive privilege for direct bookings. Reservations made through external agencies or third-party portals are excluded.
